Installation of 55-Ton Air Handling Unit at PSNY. The project required coordination with Vornado Realty Trust for access (owner of Penn Plaza) and with Amtrak for B&B & plumbing support.

Role & Responsibility
Ashoka Consulting LLC staff served as the project manager and successfully oversaw completion of design, procurement and construction of the project. Managed in-house design staff, in-house construction management staff and the contractor for the installation of 55-Ton Air Handling Unit at PSNY. The overall schedule from design to procurement to construction completion was eight months. Project was ahead of schedule and under budget.
